About us

Small, sharp, and refreshingly direct.

Driftwork.ai isn't a consultancy with slide decks. We're a build shop. We bring AI to businesses that genuinely benefit from it, and leave the rest alone. No ten workshops. No transformation programme. Just something that's up and running in three weeks.

Why we exist

Many small and mid-sized businesses have no tech team, no CIO and no budget for months-long implementations. At the same time, a whole generation of capable AI software is ready to deliver value within days. Between those two worlds sits a gap. That's where we stand.

We met on projects where big firms broke their teeth. Time and again we noticed that our pace, our pragmatism and the short lines made the difference for the people who actually have to do the work. So we started Driftwork.

That's why we don't work from a distance. We become part of your team: at least one day a month we work on-site, talk to your people and see where it creaks. Exactly what an outside audit report misses.

What drives us

  • Building, not meeting

Half an hour to get acquainted is fine. After that we want to see something working, not ten more meetings on the calendar.

  • Honest over nice

If your problem can be solved without us, we'll say so. A salesperson who always nods yes is no use to you.

  • Small, without being small-minded

No bureaucracy, no procedures for the sake of procedures. But a serious commitment to quality, testing and the handover of what we build.

  • Your tools, not ours

We plug into what you already have. And if something really doesn't work, we'll say so too. With a reason, not to sell you something new.

What we help you with

Our work falls into two halves. We take work off your hands by automating it, from marketing that follows up on its own to processes that run without manual steps: that is our approach. And we teach your team to handle it themselves in the AI training, at our place or in-company. Want to try something yourself first, the ready-made recipes are in the blueprint shop.

Where the time goes differs per trade. An accountancy firm is not a web shop or an estate agent, so we worked it out per industry: have a look at the sectors. Rather see what is already running elsewhere, and what it returned? That is in the client cases.

Still working out what this means for you, then start in the knowledge base: explanations and examples, no sales talk. Already know what you want, then an intro call is the shortest route.

Want to meet?

You get a real builder at the table. No account manager, no junior with a notepad. It's the fastest way to find out whether we're a fit, and usually the most honest, too.
