Version 1.1 · 14 August 2026
Terms of sale for digital products
These terms apply to everything you buy in the shop of Driftwork.ai B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 42083265, VAT NL869630349B01): workflow templates, bundles, free templates and the installation service. Consulting and build work is covered by the general terms and conditions.
This is a translation for your convenience. If the English and the Dutch version differ, the Dutch version prevails.
1. What these terms cover
- 1.1These terms of sale apply to every purchase of a digital product in the Driftwork.ai B.V. shop (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 42083265, VAT NL869630349B01), referred to below as Driftwork. Digital products are: ready-made n8n workflow templates, bundles of those, free templates and the installation service.
- 1.2Consulting, build and training work is not covered by these terms but by Driftwork's general terms and conditions. If it is unclear which document applies: anything you pay for through the shop falls under these terms of sale, anything that runs through a quote or an order confirmation falls under the general terms.
- 1.3Deviations only apply if Driftwork has confirmed them in writing. Purchasing conditions of the buyer are expressly rejected.
2. Business buyers only
- 2.1Driftwork sells only to companies, organisations and sole traders acting in the course of a profession or business. We do not sell to consumers.
- 2.2At checkout you enter a company name and actively confirm that you are buying on behalf of a company, organisation or as a sole trader. That confirmation is recorded with your order, including its text, version, timestamp and a pseudonymised IP address.
- 2.3If it turns out you bought as a private individual after all, Driftwork may rescind the agreement and refund the amount paid. Access to the delivered file then ends.
3. Prices and VAT
- 3.1All prices on the site are in euros and exclude VAT. Where an amount including VAT is shown, that is an indication at the Dutch rate of 21 percent and it says so explicitly.
- 3.2What you actually pay in VAT depends on your country and your VAT number and is calculated at checkout. With a valid VAT number from a business outside the Netherlands but inside the EU, VAT is reverse charged and you pay 0 percent.
- 3.3You receive an invoice for every order. It is in the confirmation email and can later be found in your account if you have one.
- 3.4Driftwork may change prices. What you pay is the price as shown at the moment you checked out.
4. Ordering and payment
- 4.1The agreement is concluded the moment our payment provider confirms your payment. An order sitting in your cart, or a payment started but not completed, commits you to nothing.
- 4.2Payment runs through Stripe. Driftwork never sees or stores your card or bank details.
- 4.3With iDEAL it can take half a minute for the bank to confirm. Until then your order shows as pending and nothing has been delivered.
- 4.4From 500 euro excluding VAT you can also pay by bank transfer. Stripe gives you an account number with its own payment reference. Your order stays pending until the amount is credited, usually 1 to 2 working days, and nothing is delivered before then.
- 4.5If you pay by bank transfer, use the payment reference Stripe gives you. Without it we cannot match your payment to your order and delivery takes longer.
- 4.6Direct debit is not offered.
5. Delivery and access
- 5.1Delivery is digital and immediate once payment is confirmed. You receive a personal download link by email to the file or files you bought. If you pay by bank transfer, 'immediate' counts from the moment the payment is credited, not from your order.
- 5.2That link is valid for 90 days and may be used up to 50 times. Lost it or has it expired? Request a new one free of charge on the download page, using the address you bought with.
- 5.3Your access is tied to your email address, not to the link. As long as your purchase is valid you can always get a new link.
- 5.4If the email does not arrive, a spam filter is almost always the cause. Tell us and we will resend it. Delivery has only failed if Driftwork still cannot deliver after you report it.
- 5.5With a bundle you get access to each item separately. If you already bought one of those items on its own, that earlier purchase is unaffected.
6. No cooling-off period
- 6.1There is no cooling-off period and no right to a refund because you changed your mind. The statutory 14 day withdrawal right applies only to consumers, and Driftwork sells to business buyers only (see article 2).
- 6.2It is also practical: a digital file cannot be returned once delivered. You already have it.
- 6.3To stop you buying something that does not fit, every product page states exactly which n8n version you need, which integrations and keys you supply yourself, what third-party costs to expect and how long setup takes. In doubt, book a demo first or start with one of the free templates.
- 6.4Article 7 applies in full: no cooling-off period does not mean you are stuck with a broken product.
7. If it does not work as described
- 7.1A template must do what the product page promises, on the n8n version stated there and with the integrations stated there. If it does not, that is a failure on Driftwork's side and not your risk.
- 7.2Report it within 30 days of purchase with a description of what goes wrong. Driftwork will fix it, deliver a working version, or refund the purchase amount. That choice is Driftwork's.
- 7.3This does not apply if the problem is caused by changes you made yourself, by an n8n version other than the one stated, by missing or incorrect keys, or because a third-party service changed or shut down.
- 7.4A refund under this article means your access to the file ends and you delete existing copies.
8. Standard licence
- 8.1With a purchase you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use and modify the file within your own organisation.
- 8.2You may run it on an unlimited number of your own n8n environments, including at an affiliated company within the same group.
- 8.3You may modify it as much as you like. What you add yourself is yours.
- 8.4The licence does not transfer on a sale of your business without written consent from Driftwork. That consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
9. Agency licence
- 9.1If you want to roll a template out for your own clients, you need the agency licence. It is offered per product at a higher price.
- 9.2The agency licence includes everything in the standard licence and adds the right to set up and run the file at clients of the buyer, as part of the buyer's own services.
- 9.3Even under the agency licence the file may not be resold as a standalone product, published, or included in a package of similar purpose. You sell your work, not our file.
- 9.4On request from Driftwork you name the clients where the template runs. Such a request is made at most once a year and serves only to detect misuse.
10. What is not allowed
- 10.1Reselling, giving away, lending or otherwise distributing the file to third parties.
- 10.2Publishing the contents of the file, even in part, in a public repository, marketplace or template library.
- 10.3Including the file in a product or service that competes with Driftwork's offering.
- 10.4Rolling it out at your own clients without an agency licence.
- 10.5On a demonstrable breach Driftwork may terminate the licence and revoke access, without prejudice to the right to compensation for damages suffered.
11. What Driftwork does not guarantee
- 11.1A template works with third-party services (for example Google, HubSpot, Slack, OpenAI). Those can change, price or discontinue their integration. Driftwork has no control over that and is not liable for it.
- 11.2Third-party costs (for example API usage or a paid subscription) are yours to bear. The product page states which ones to expect.
- 11.3Driftwork does not guarantee any particular business result, time saving or revenue. What an automation delivers depends on your own process and volume.
- 11.4Driftwork does not guarantee that a template works on an n8n version older than the one stated on the product page, or on a heavily customised self-hosted environment.
12. Support and updates
- 12.1Every purchase includes email support on the file itself: questions about installing, configuring and error messages. Driftwork replies within one working day.
- 12.2Support does not cover custom work, changes to your own process, or support on versions you modified. If you want that, the installation service or a regular engagement is the route.
- 12.3If Driftwork releases a new version of a template, you get it free of charge through the same download link. There is no obligation to keep releasing updates.
- 12.4Driftwork may withdraw a product from sale. What you already bought, you keep.
13. Installation service
- 13.1If you choose installation by Driftwork, Driftwork sets the template up inside your own n8n environment and tests it with your integrations.
- 13.2You provide access and the required keys in good time. If you do not provide them within 30 days of purchase, Driftwork may treat the engagement as lapsed.
- 13.3The installation service is complete once the template works in your environment as described on the product page.
- 13.4Driftwork's general terms and conditions also apply to the installation service, insofar as they do not conflict with this article.
14. Liability
- 14.1Driftwork's liability is limited, per event and per calendar year, to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
- 14.2Driftwork is not liable for indirect damage, including lost profit, missed savings, data loss, business interruption or damage from messages sent incorrectly by an automated workflow.
- 14.3Always test a template first in an environment where nothing breaks if something goes wrong. A workflow that sends emails or changes records can have real consequences when misconfigured.
- 14.4The limitations in this article do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of Driftwork.
15. Personal data
- 15.1Driftwork's privacy policy applies to the processing of your data when you place an order.
- 15.2What you do with a template yourself is not processed by Driftwork. If the workflow runs at your end and personal data passes through it, you are the controller for that processing.
- 15.3With the installation service Driftwork may gain access to your systems. We conclude a data processing agreement for that.
16. Governing law and changes
- 16.1These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Driftwork is established.
- 16.2Driftwork may amend these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is always the one in force at the moment you ordered; that version is recorded with your order.
- 16.3If a provision is void or voidable, the remaining provisions stay in force and a provision that comes as close as possible to the intended meaning takes its place.
