The gym directory that fills and surfaces itself
Gymsearch helps people find the right gym or personal trainer. Keeping such a directory complete and current nationwide, and findable in Google in two languages, is endless manual work. We automated the filling, the findability and the content, so over 6,500 gyms and trainers across 571 places keep themselves up to date.

The challenge
A directory is only useful if it's complete and current. Finding thousands of gyms and trainers across the whole country, keeping their details up to date and building a tidy page for each is work that's never finished. And if no one can find the directory in Google, in Dutch and in English, no visitors arrive either.
Our approach
We built a setup that lets the directory largely fill and maintain itself. Gyms and trainers are found and turned into tidy pages automatically, every place and province gets its own overview, the content writes itself, and every update is automatically checked for findability before it goes live.

The result
The directory now covers all of the Netherlands: 2,500 gyms and 4,053 personal trainers across 571 places, in Dutch and English. It keeps itself up to date instead of someone tending it weekly, and the whole thing is built to be found in Google. Adding and updating happens without errors slipping online.
