Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant and one of the strongest helpers for writing, thinking and documents. But without guidance it stays at the odd question, and risks creep in: confidential files in a chat window, answers nobody checks. In this training your team learns in one day how to put Claude to work properly, with clear agreements about what does and does not belong in an AI tool. We train on site, anywhere in the Netherlands, using examples from your own work.

Prior knowledge
- No AI experience needed
- Your own laptop and access to a few of your own work documents is enough

After this training you can
- Give instructions that produce a usable answer in one go
- Summarise, rewrite and compare long documents in your own tone of voice
- Recognise when an answer is wrong and know how to check it
- Know what may and may not go into an AI tool, under GDPR and your own rules
Programme of the training day
Morning: the basics that stick
What Claude can and cannot do, and why answers are sometimes convincingly wrong. Everyone does the first exercises with their own work, so it is about your practice from the start.
Morning: instructions that work
The anatomy of a good instruction: role, context, example and desired format. We practise on real tasks from your team and compare the results.
Afternoon: documents and projects
Working with long documents: summarising, rewriting, comparing. We set up a project holding your tone of voice and standing knowledge, ready for the whole team.
Afternoon: safe use and agreements
What you do and do not share with an AI tool. We put the team agreements on paper and close with a practice programme for the first weeks after the training.

Safety and agreements
- We start with agreements: which information may and may not go into an AI tool, and how to tell the difference.
- You learn how Claude handles your data and which settings go with that.
- The training aligns with the European AI Act: whoever works with AI must demonstrably know how to handle it.
