In this training we build on what is already there. We work in your own environment, on your own processes, so the result can go straight into production.

Prior knowledge
- Experience with n8n or a comparable platform such as Make
- Your own n8n environment with existing workflows is a plus
- Basic knowledge of structured data (JSON) helps, but is not required

Programme of the training day
Morning: building for reliability
Error handling, retries, queues and alerts. We turn a fragile workflow into one that can take a hit and reports itself when something goes wrong.
Morning: transforming data
Expressions, merging, splitting and deduplicating. The skill that separates a workflow that almost works from one that is actually correct.
Afternoon: AI inside your workflow
We build AI steps that judge, summarise or answer incoming text, with human review at the points where the stakes are high.
Afternoon: agents and rollout
An AI agent that chooses its own steps within boundaries you set. Then: testing, version control and monitoring, so you can roll out with confidence.

- Logging and alerts are set up so you can trace afterwards exactly what happened.
