n8n is the tool we use ourselves to build automations every day. It connects your mail, calendar, accounting and hundreds of other systems, and runs the steps automatically. In this training your team builds its first working workflows: a form that follows itself up, attachments that land in the right folder, an alert when something goes wrong. No demo to watch. Everyone builds, on their own laptop, and takes a working automation home.

Programme of the training day
Morning: how n8n thinks
Nodes, triggers and data flowing from step to step. Everyone builds their first workflow and sees results right away: an automatic reply to a form.
Morning: connecting your systems
We connect mail, calendar and spreadsheets. Credentials are stored the safe way from the start, so the good habit is there from day one.
Afternoon: building a real case
In pairs we automate a task from your own work, chosen during the intake. By the end something is running that you will actually use.
Afternoon: error handling and maintenance
What to do when a workflow stops. We build in alerts, agree who maintains what and when to call for help. That keeps it running after the training day.
