The real difference appears when the way of working becomes fixed: reusable instructions, projects holding your knowledge and tone, and analyses of large amounts of text you can rely on. In this training we build exactly that, using your own tasks. You go home with instructions and projects that are ready for the whole team on Monday.

Programme of the training day
Morning: from loose questions to fixed ways of working
We turn your best prompts into reusable instructions and build a shared library. Everyone works on a recurring task of their own.
Morning: projects and your own knowledge
We set up projects with standing knowledge, tone and house style. Claude then answers in a way that fits your company, without anyone explaining it every time.
Afternoon: analysis and heavy text work
Working with piles of text: comparing contracts, summarising hundreds of customer responses, finding contradictions. With source references, so you can check where things come from.
Afternoon: quality, safety and follow-through
We set up a review process: who signs off on content, what gets checked and how you keep instructions up to date. We close with a rollout plan for the rest of the company.
